Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
• 1–3 years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Proven ability to hire, develop teams and achieve financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery operations and guest experience to uphold NbC standards.
• Direct cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, and P&L management.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high-quality cakes and a welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory, schedules and costs; motivate and coach the team.
