Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Westford, MA is seeking entry-level Team Members to join the Bakery team. You will assist with receiving, preparing, stocking, and selling product while upholding WFM standards and health & safety regulations.

You will engage with customers, help maintain displays, and support store programs. This role requires flexibility for a varied schedule and strong teamwork to ensure a positive store image.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and stock rotation.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to supervisors.
• Assist with sampling programs and inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Open, mid, and close the store and ensure accurate pricing.
