Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members to support the Bakery team with receiving and preparing products, stocking displays, and assisting customers to meet WFM standards. You will help break down deliveries, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, team collaboration, and adherence to health and safety regulations across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to sell proactively and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all bakery products.
• Ability to visually inspect products for quality and freshness.
• Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and weights & measures procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, clean, and appealing displays by facing and stocking products.
• Monitors inventory and rotates stock to reduce waste.
• Provides courteous service, answers questions, and assists customers on the floor.
• Participates in sampling programs and maintains sample areas.
• Ensures accurate signage, pricing, and promotions.
• Works opening, mid, and closing shifts and attends trainings.
