Affinity Group is seeking a Business Manager for Bakery & Fresh Categories to drive client sales, merchandising, and category growth with expert guidance and market activation at designated retailers.

You will partner with manufacturers, retail customers, and internal teams to lead sales, merchandising, and product initiatives, leveraging data and insights to optimize assortments and grow share in the Bakery and Fresh departments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in consumer-packaged goods, food brokerage, or category management.
• Experience with Bakery/Fresh departments and promotional planning preferred.

• Represent Affinity Group professionally with clients and partners.
• Lead strategic account plans aligning manufacturer objectives with retailer strategies.
• Develop and deliver growth plans, promotions, and assortment recommendations.
• Utilize data to identify opportunities and present executive-level insights.
• Collaborate with leadership, account teams, and operations to drive execution.
• Support forecasting, trade funding, and quarterly business reviews.
