Job summary

Les Jours International Corp. seeks a Trainer for Bakery Franchise Operations (Back of House) in Secaucus, NJ. This full-time role focuses on pre-opening training for new Tous Les Jours stores and foundational training for internal staff. You will cover product preparation, hygiene, equipment use, and quality control to ensure a successful launch.

The position reports to the Sr. TC Mgr. and requires bakery experience, GMP/HACCP knowledge, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Prior bakery experience is required; R&D in bakery preferred.
• Knowledge of baking breads and decorating cakes.
• 1–2 years combined experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.
• Basic understanding of food production fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Train new store owners and employees on operations and products.
• Provide pre-opening training for new Tous Les Jours bakery stores and internal staff.
• Develop and update training curricula and materials.
• Prepare and manage training-related documents and reports.
• Manage training center operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and collect feedback.
• Create training materials (manuals, presentations, guidelines).
