Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Bakery Department functions and staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling.
• Train and develop department associates.
• Monitor inventory, temps, and production sheets.
• Schedule staffing to meet demand.
• Support customer service and merchandising goals.
