Responsibilities

• Communicate company, department, and job specific information to associates.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates.
• Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train and develop associates on job performance.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Inform customers of produce specials and offer samples.
• Review/inspect products for quality.
• Implement the department business plan.
• Assist in preparing the store/department budget.

Skills
