Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations with focus on quality and customer service.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and handle special orders.
• Plan daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates.
