• Implement merchandising plans, promotions, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, and develop bakery staff while promoting teamwork.
