You will lead bakery associates in the absence of the Bakery Manager, supervise production, inventory, and safety practices, and help execute promotions while maintaining high standards of freshness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Direct daily bakery department operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate production planning based on sales forecasts and demand.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
• Adhere to merchandising and display standards.
• Assist in seasonal promotions and holiday programs.
