Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations with focus on quality, freshness, presentation and customer service
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory and shrink
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and regulatory requirements
• Hire, train, coach and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork
