ShopRite of Heritage Plaza in South Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Department and its Associates. You will direct all department functions to achieve sales, profitability, and a superior Customer Experience under the ShopRite Service Priorities: Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training new staff, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring product quality and display standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Bakery Department and Associates to achieve sales, profit, and Customer Experience goals.
