• Acknowledge training requirements and assessments for the position.

• Lead bakery team to deliver on the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Model expertise in bakery operations, product knowledge, and safety standards.
• Use digital tools to plan, train, and improve inventory and product quality.
• Ensure a neat, safe, and compliant work area and proper staffing for weekly bakery volumes.
