Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: Supervises the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club by communicating the goals of the department and executing company programs.
• Be an Expert: Maintains in-depth knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product specs and seasonality to ensure quality, inventory, safety and compliance.
• Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, use handheld tech for decisions on production and quality, and adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drives the business results with safe, clean, well-staffed bakery operations and accurate inventory.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Trains the team, develops skills, and sources talent to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates compliance with policies and ethics by applying Open Door Policy and addressing issues.
