Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan and maintain member satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specs and seasonality and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
• Ensure a neat, clean, and safe work area and proper staffing for weekly bakery volumes.
• Develop and train team members, driving performance and career growth.
