Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Over one year up to three years of similar or related experience preferred
• Experience leading bakery teams and managing production workflow

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop bakery staff, delegate tasks, and monitor daily production
• Ensure cases are stocked with fresh product and rotate inventory
• Oversee production schedules, balance workload, and meet deadlines
• Train new employees and support ongoing team development
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and Hy-Vee dress code standards
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
