Qualifications

• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer-focused behavior.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person and decorates products.
• Decorates cakes and bakery products using various designs and recipes.
• Manages department inventories, tracks weekly sales, and orders supplies.
• Schedules bakery associates, oversees training, rewards, and performance reviews.
• Develops merchandising plans to meet financial goals and monitors pricing and production.
• Maintains inventories and records on associate performance and discipline.
• Checks deliveries and invoices to ensure accurate billing and proper restocking.
