Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support bakery/deli department operations including staffing, inventory prep, cleanliness, and safety of equipment.
• Assist replenishment and inventory processes: ordering, receiving, back stock, returns, and damages.
• Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards: stocking, displays, signs and zoning.
• Assist in fresh food preparation and food safety compliance.
• Use problem-solving and critical thinking to address issues and questions.
• Uphold safety and quality orientation in all tasks.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance service.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and a no-excuses attitude.
