• Providing fresh products ordered by customers, ensuring correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Recommending products to meet customer needs.
• Using bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Preparing foods per recipes and temperature logs.
• Measuring, mixing ingredients, and preparing products.
• Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
• Checking product quality, reviewing expiration dates, and maintaining proper temperatures.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintaining store layout knowledge.
• Staying current with promotions and product knowledge.
• Creating a welcoming environment and adhering to food safety and safety procedures.
• Maintaining equipment and reporting repairs.
• Managing conflicts professionally and supporting diverse customer needs.
