Job Description
Job Summary
Assists the Loans Servicing and Originations processes by handling various general tasks assigned by Operational Support. May review calls and/or customer accounts to ensure Exeter complies with State and Federal regulations.
Job Duties
Review identified accounts to ensure proper compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members.
Ensure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines, and alert supervisors of any delays or issues.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks in a professional manner.
Identify and report any issues to management promptly.
Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Exeter’s policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
0-3 years general work experience
Experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a business or operational setting.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Comfortable working with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
