  • Providing fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
  • Recommending deli or bakery items to customers.
  • Using bakery equipment safely and according to guidelines.
  • Preparing foods per recipes and logs.
  • Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients.
  • Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
  • Checking product quality and freshness.
  • Properly using kitchen equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales.
  • Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
  • Reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Understanding store layout and assisting customers in locating products.
  • Staying updated on ads and promotions.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and responding to customer questions.
  • Monitoring inventory and stocking conditions.
  • Maintaining proper temperature logs and conditions.
  • Promoting trust and respect among staff.
  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Adhering to food safety and safety procedures.
  • Inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
