• Informing customers of bakery and deli specials.
• Providing customers with fresh products, ensuring correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Recommending bakery or deli items to meet customer needs.
• Using bakery equipment according to company guidelines.
• Preparing foods following safety and cooking instructions.
• Measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients as per recipes.
• Properly packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients and products.
• Checking product quality and freshness, reviewing 'sell by' dates.
• Using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventorying department merchandise.
• Reporting discrepancies in product ordering/shipping.
• Knowing the store layout to assist customers in locating products.
