Bakery/Deli Clerk (Finance)

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:

1. Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests using proper equipment.
2. Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
3. Inform customers of bakery/deli specials.
4. Provide customers with ordered products, ensuring correct portions to prevent shrinkage.
5. Recommend items to customers based on their needs.
6. Operate bakery equipment following safety and quality standards.
7. Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures and logs.
8. Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately.
9. Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
10. Ensure inventory accuracy and proper product rotation.
11. Promote a welcoming environment and excellent customer service.
12. Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
13. Assist in equipment maintenance and repairs.
14. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
15. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
16. Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.

Salary Range: $17.75 - $22.55 per hour.
