2. Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
3. Inform customers of bakery and deli specials.
4. Provide fresh products ordered by customers, ensuring correct portions.
5. Recommend products to customers to meet their needs.
6. Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
7. Follow food safety and temperature logs.
8. Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients as per recipes.
9. Label, stock, and inventory products accurately.
10. Check product quality and review 'sell by' dates.
11. Operate kitchen equipment safely.
12. Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
13. Assist customers in locating products and answer questions.
14. Stay current with store promotions and product knowledge.
15. Ensure proper temperature maintenance and safety standards.
16. Practice safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
