85°C Bakery Cafe USA is seeking entry level Associates for back of house roles in Stockton, CA. Positions include Bakers and Cake Decorators with weekend availability required. We offer growth opportunities within a dynamic cafe environment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or higher, preferred fast food/retail experience, and strong teamwork and English communication skills. Must be 18+ and able to work shifts as needed.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling and baking.
• Teamwork, follow direction and work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standard and completing designated tasks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Store associates will cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
