Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Alhambra, CA is seeking entry-level Associates to join our bakery team. This role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and a drive for customer service excellence in a fast-paced cafe environment.

As part of a global bakery and beverage brand, you will decorate goods, maintain cleanliness, and support daily baking operations while cross-training across departments and adhering to health standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; customer service mindset.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal English communication and teamwork.
• ServSafe certification required; weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure breads meet 85°C quality standards and complete tasks accurately.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
