85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment in San Francisco, CA. The role includes baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks, with weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations.
• Make a memorable connection and ensure each guest's experience is the best.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service and create a positive atmosphere.
• Perform job duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks.
• Be on time for all shifts and follow company policies.
• Have fun while working and maintain a positive attitude.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments.
