85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Associates for Back of House roles in Stockton, CA. Openings include Bakers and Cake Decorators with weekend availability. Both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules are available, and a High School diploma or higher is required.

Employees will decorate baked goods, maintain a clean workspace, and support daily bakery operations. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.

• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
• Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Decorate quality 85C Baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling and baking.
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintaining quality to meet 85°C standard and completing designated tasks perfectly.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.

This position requires moderate physical activity.
