85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for Store Front Associates in Newark, CA. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, reliability, and a willingness to learn across bakery, cake decoration, and beverage stations.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, solid English communication, and be available at least 20 hours per week, including weekends/holidays. Training is provided in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week.
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with service beyond expectations.
• Make memorable connections and ensure each guest’s experience is the best.
• Collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Perform duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
• Have fun while working and contribute to a positive environment.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
