Qualificações

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills for simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy bakery environment.
• Less than a high school diploma or equivalent experience accepted; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly at the bakery counter and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in finding products, reaching items, and taking orders.
• Monitor product freshness and stock levels throughout shifts.
• Prepare and replenish baked goods; pull from cooler/freezer for baking.
