Qualifications

• Less than a high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.
• Assist customers with finding products and taking bakery orders.
• Monitor product freshness and inventory levels during shifts.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish baked goods as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, organized work area.
• Operate the department register to process payments where applicable.
• Keep the department tidy and assist teammates to ensure a positive customer experience.
