Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math skills for pricing and counting.

• Ability to handle fresh and processed foods safely and hygienically.
• Commitment to department sanitation and QA standards.
• Friendly with customers and able to work in a team.
• Adhere to schedules and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Rotate product to ensure freshness and ensure accurate signage.
• Assist Bakery Manager with daily operations including pricing and stocking.
• Follow safety, QA, and sanitation procedures.
• Load and unload merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods, possibly over 8 hours.
• Work overtime as needed by business demands.
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.
