Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members.
• Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods per handling information using ovens and production charts.
• Package freshly baked goods and prepare for display.
• Decorate special orders or case products.
• Rotate and store bakery products following safety policies.
• Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments and ensure freshness.
• Check for out-of-date products daily and follow salvage policies.
• Generate labels and price tickets and ensure items are priced correctly.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain club policies and collaborate with other departments.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
