Qualifications

• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items. Answers Member calls and takes special orders.
• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information and production charts.
• Decorates special order or case products.
• Rotates and stores bakery products per food safety and handling procedures.
• Maintains club policies and contributes to a safe, friendly environment.
