Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a bakery position in our store. You will participate in daily bakery operations, including proofing, baking, packaging, and displaying goods to ensure quality and freshness for our members.

Successful candidates will have bakery or customer service experience, knowledge of bakery products, and be at least 18 years old. This on-site role offers weekly pay and benefits under our comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Packages freshly baked goods and rotates and stores bakery products according to policy.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and surfaces in the bakery area.
• Maintains club policies and procedures and supports other duties as needed.
