Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an outgoing, friendly demeanor and good communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented; keep the area clean.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, and related equipment safely.
