Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare, package, and display baked goods while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and bakery experience, capable of standing long shifts, and able to operate kitchen tools safely. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in this bustling department.

• Be at least 18 with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience or equivalent.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area.

Mansioni

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing and merchandising of baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service and keep bakery items prepared, packaged, and presented; maintain cleanliness of the Bakery area.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; clean shelves and floors.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate bakery products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to customer needs.
