Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years bakery experience preferred or equivalent education/experience
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
• Must interact positively with customers and provide strong service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and present baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service; maintain cleanliness of bakery area.
• Stock, rotate, price, and check accuracy of bakery items.
• Receive and log products, inspect shipment quality and temperature.
