Qualifications

• No prior bakery experience required; willingness to learn
• Basic customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation basics

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting and engaging with customers
• Follow proper food handling safety procedures to ensure a safe environment
• Lift and move bakery products up to 50lbs
• Assist in the production of bakery items, including baking and packaging
• Package bakery products attractively for sale
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery areas and equipment
• Decorate and arrange baked goods for display
• Work with team to meet production goals and customer demands
• Demonstrate attention to detail and quality control
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit physical stamina by standing, lifting, and bending
