Job summary

Hugos Family Marketplace in Park Rapids, MN (Store #11 on E 4th St) is seeking a part-time Bakery Clerk to join the store’s bakery team.

You will help with customer service, assist in producing, packaging, and displaying baked goods, and keep the bakery area clean, organized, and inviting for guests.

A High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent; no prior bakery experience is needed, and we value reliability, a willingness to learn, and teamwork.

• Keep bakery area clean, organized, and safe for guests.
• Decorate and arrange baked goods for display to meet standards.
• Work with the team to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and quality control.
• Manage time effectively and stay productive in a fast-paced setting.
• Stand, lift, and bend as part of a shift; maintain stamina.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and willingness to learn.
