Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and shelf tags.

• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service in the bakery department.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases and handle payments.
• Clean shelving, display cases, and self-serve displays; rotate and refill products.
• Work with customers to take special orders and coordinate with the baker for item preparation or decoration.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery by hosing down floors with soap and water.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25, 45, and occasionally 60 pounds; standing, walking, and kneeling as required.
