The role requires maintaining a clean, safe bakery area and assisting the Bakery Manager with pricing and stock rotation.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of bakery experience, flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly, with the ability to interact with customers and work in a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and prep of baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain bakery cleanliness.
• Keep area and equipment clean and sanitary; ensure proper product rotation and dating.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
