Levain Bakery is seeking a Certified Trainer to own all aspects of training and coaching within the bakery, delivering comprehensive programs through MIX and serving as an ambassador of the Levain brand.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards, with open availability and a strong focus on mentoring teammates in a fast-paced, high-quality environment in New York.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food service, QSR, or retail experience.
• Experience in training and coaching preferred.
• Proficient with training systems like MIX.
• Open availability mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Read and write English.
• Valid DOH certification and regional food handler certifications.
• Proficient with Toast POS system.
