Job summary

ShopRite Village Supermarkets, Inc. You will follow recipes, manage packaging, and maintain QA standards to ensure quality and safety for customers.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, friendly service, and efficient display, with notable physical demands and a focus on accurate labeling and restocking.

Qualifications

• The minimum required qualifications include reading, writing, speaking English.
• Ability to assist the Bakery Manager and perform duties safely.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs; work in varying temperatures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly way and cooperate with others.
• Follow company policies, safety rules and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience while supporting the Bakery Manager.
• Bake, mix dough, ice, decorate, package and display pastry and bread items.
• Maintain a neat, clean, visually appealing department and safe operation.
• Follow recipes, weights, measures and QA standards for quality and safety.
• Rotate merchandise, check pricing and assist other departments as needed.
