Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in fresh production area.
• Cake decorating preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member; collaborate with cross functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, and provide customer service to members.
• Be an Expert; plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality, and follow recipes and measurements for decorative designs.
• Be a Techie; use digital tools and handheld tech to drive sales, assist in production, merchandise ordering and training.
