Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and decoration accuracy; uses decorating bags, tips and nozzles to create designs.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Maintains quality, date control, and waste reduction; prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality service and assisting in training and mentoring others.
