Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a Cake Decorator at our Denver-area Sam's Club to deliver excellent member service and support bakery operations. You will collaborate with team members to ensure quality products, maintain in-stock levels, and follow safety standards while decorating a variety of items.

The role emphasizes accurate decoration, use of tools, and helping members with purchases and questions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bakery operations and maintain in-stock levels.
• Prepare and decorate bakery items with accuracy and following recipes.
• Operate and sanitize equipment, ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Use digital tools to support operations and customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve member questions and concerns.
