Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate others on tools and resources; provide customer service.
• Plan bakery productions to ensure quality and decorate designs per recipes and measurements.
• Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience with handheld devices.
• Own bakery area operations including quality, date control, waste reduction and seasonal prep.
• Support and train associates to deliver high-quality service and model Walmart values.
• Follow policies and integrity standards; execute business processes accordingly.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress to managers and team.
