Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Cake Decorator to support member service in the bakery. You will decorate bakery items with flowers and lettering and ensure food safety standards while using decorating tools to create attractive displays.

You will work with cross-functional teams, learn tools, and help manage inventory and production for seasonal events. This role emphasizes customer service, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledge completing all required trainings and assessments if selected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to assist customers and maintain stocked bakery items.
• Plan bakery productions and ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
• Operate, clean and sanitize equipment and handle decorating tools.
• Leverage handheld tools to support production decisions and member engagement.
• Drive bakery area performance, meet date controls, and minimize waste.
