Panera Bread in Livonia, MI seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead an amazing team at our bakery-cafe. You’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, delight guests, hire, train, and develop the team, while driving business results and maintaining Panera’s standards.

You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, guest service, and cost controls, while building a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a bakery-cafe team under the General Manager.
• Partner with GM to oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, develop, and coach team members; manage staffing and scheduling.
